Hi all.
Firstly, I know the general consensus is that 2 days in Dubrovnik is more than enough. However, we technically have 3 full days (getting there on a Sunday, leaving on Thursday). I have 4 nights booked in an AirBnB so any trips to other places preferably need to be day trips only. As a (former) Game of Thrones fan I’ll be looking to do a tour on one day.

Are there any other must do’s apart from the wall walks? I’m not an avid swimmer so anything swimming related doesn’t interest me.

How easy are day trips to Montenegro/Bosnia to arrange whilst there? Or would you say these should be booked in advance?

How much is an Uber/Bolt from the airport to Old Town and how easy is it to get one quickly? The AirBnB have offered a taxi for €50 but this seems a bit expensive.
I’m going with somebody who is insistent on not doing day trips to other places because “surely 4 days isn’t enough”. I’m hoping this post will prove him wrong.
Any tips on what an ideal itinerary would look like would be appreciated!

I'd say must dos are - City Walls, Old Town exploring, Mount Srđ viewpoint, you can add: museums, Lokrum Island, sunset cruise

You can book them once you're here, either on site with some of the bookers or online on Viator/GetYourGuide. I think even a day in advance they'll have availability if you're not a big group, there are several options. Maybe Mostar would be a bit easier when it comes to the traffic on the border crossings.

Ubers and Bolts are really easy to get, a lot of them love the route since it's better money than short drives in town. It's usually between 25-40 euros, depending on time and availability.
