Looking to plan a 14 day trip to Croatia with a family of four including two teenage daughters. What is the best itinerary? We’re looking for maybe three hotel suggestions. We like the beach, boating, good food and wine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.!

You can easily prolong any of these two 10 day itineraries to make it more relaxing. I would definitely recommend to rent a car as visiting more of locations will be easier both for Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Postojna Cave etc.
