My friend and I are planning a 3 day trip to the Island of Hvar. We are wanting to do cliff jumping and possibly do a boat tour. Looking for other recommendations of what to do on the island and also whether the boat tours are worth the cost or not. Thanks!

Other things to do is take a boat tour as you mentioned, they usually take you to Vis to a blue cave and some other beaches like Stiniva beach.
Check the guides linked, but only thing I would add to your trip is renting a kayak or getting a taxi boat to Paklinski Islands, interesting to explore, great to snorkel. You will be there for 3 days so adding anything else will make your days packed. 1 Day Paklinski island, 2 day explore Hvar (Stari Grad) relax at one of the mentioned beaches, 3Day get the boat tour. You don't need more content than that. We were there 2 weeks ago and ate at MARIGO Grill & Chill and the food was good and not too expensive.
