FINE DINING IN DUBROVNIK RESTAURANTS:

NAUTIKA RESTAURANT

There’s nothing quite like eating at Nautika in Dubrovnik. It’s right by Pile Gate and has amazing views that go perfectly with their fresh Croatian seafood. Everything is caught the same day, so the food tastes absolutely amazing. The Mediterranean dishes here will definitely have you coming back for more. It’s one of the most expensive restaurants in Dubrovnik, but if you’re looking for something memorable, this is it!

Fun fact: back in 2008, Condé Nast Traveler named Nautika one of the most romantic restaurants in the world.

RESTAURANT 360

360 is a famous fine dining restaurant in Dubrovnik that’s totally worth splurging on if you’ve got the cash to spare. The gorgeous restaurant stretches across the medieval walls of the old town and gives you one of the best views of Dubrovnik’s seaport. This unique restaurant fuses Mediterranean cuisine and French cooking techniques. This way it’s giving you one of the best food experiences you could possibly get in the process. With Chef Marijo Curić running the kitchen and tons of experience from working with famous chefs, you can expect a meal that’s full of flavor and creativity.

PANORAMA RESTAURANT

The restaurant with the best view in Dubrovnik is Panorama. Situated on Srđ, you can reach it by car or cable car. Whether you want a drink or an incredible dinner at the restaurant, you will love your experience there. As the restaurant’s name suggests, you will be greeted by incredible views of Dubrovnik old town and the nearby islands, which is why this restaurant is a perfect location for a romantic night out. The food is amazing and the service is one of the best in Dubrovnik. Just make sure you book your table as soon as possible!

BOWA (ŠIPAN ISLAND)

BOWA Restaurant is an absolute gem located in a secluded bay on Šipan Island near Dubrovnik. It’s accessible only by boat, and it offers an escape from the city. You’ll dine in private cabanas surrounded by olive and fig trees, overlooking the crystal-clear Adriatic. The menu focuses on fresh, local seafood and vegetables, and traditional desserts. BOWA is different from all other restaurants because it offers a whole experience. It’s essentially a day trip. You arrive by sea, you can swim between courses, sunbathe, and sip wine in peace. It’s really special, especially for romantic trips such as a honeymoon. While it comes at a premium price, most visitors agree it’s well worth it!

RESTAURANT MORE

Restaurant More is one of the most beautiful dining spots located outside the Old Town, right on the water in Lapad Bay. It’s got an elegant terrace with beautiful sea views, and it’s perfect for a romantic evening or a special occasion. You can try their Mediterranean and international menu, with a focus, obviously, on fresh seafood. They also offer great vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options. The service is amazing, and while it is a little more expensive than average, it’s absolutely worth the price, especially during sunset.

DINNER IN THE SKY

Dinner in the Sky Dubrovnik is a unique dining experience you can’t have every day! For this dinner, you’re taken 50 meters up in the air, where you get amazing views of the city, the sea, and the nearby islands. You’re completely safe on the rotating platform while enjoying a delicious three-course meal and unlimited drinks. It’s definitely pricier than your usual dinner, but most visitors say it’s an unforgettable and one-of-a-kind experience.

CASUAL DINING IN DUBROVNIK RESTAURANTS:

DUBRAVKA 1836

Dubravka 1836, the sister restaurant to Nautika, is situated in close proximity to the Pile gate and has an incredible view of Lovrijenac Fortress and the city walls. Perfect for grabbing a bite anytime during the day, Dubravka 1836 is the perfect place to escape the crowds of the town, allowing you to enjoy your meal in peace. They have excellent pastas which you need to try!

HARD ROCK CAFE

This restaurant may not be local, but has many fans! If you’re a fan of this franchise you will LOVE the Dubrovnik restaurant. The restaurant is situated in the old town near the Pile gate. It’s incredibly beautiful (among the most beautiful HRC restaurants I’ve seen) and worth the visit. The restaurant has some local dishes included in their menu, but the staples of HRC are still here if you want your usual order!
